CNBM-CNBM Signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China National Gold Group

On March 28, CNBM signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Gold Group. Both Mr. Song Zhiping, Chairman of CNBM and Mr. Sun Zhaoxue, President of China Gold Group were present at the signing ceremony and discussed about enforcing the cooperation between the two groups. Both parties would collaborate to seek the opportunities of investing in and exploring mineral resources in the countries and regions with relatively developed public facilities. They would cooperate and share the information in technologies, product R&D and business promotions.
